The Adirondack Warrior Wellness Retreat for Men is open to any man who has served our country in any branch of the military at any time. The retreat will focus on the unique issues arising out of military service. This is an opportunity to learn from others who have served our country on how to be both a citizen and warrior and gain the skills that will enhance quality of life.

The goal of our retreat is to enrich a sense of self, build a sense of community, and establish a network of future support.

Our retreat is an exploration into the deeper self by using arts, nature, ritual and the common experience of the warrior.  We recognize that being a warrior is a difficult and often costly calling.  This undertaking is one that only some within our society have committed to endure.  The retreat is an attempt to teach the warrior ways to internal peace, a calming of the soul and the ability to emerge into their community.

With the use of different cultural and spiritual practices we seek to celebrate the warrior and recognize their sacrifice and courage.  By honoring our past, accepting our present, we become prepared for the future.

We hope to see you there.
